Early Careers

Nutrien Ag Solutions is dedicated to supporting early careers

Our two-year Graduate Program offers unique opportunities for future leaders in the Agronomy, Agribusiness and Corporate sectors.

Our Livestock Career Development Program will provide the skills and training you need to be a future leader or technical expert within the livestock industry.

We are also offering four scholarships with a total investment of around $80,000 over the next few years through our 'Harvesting the Future' scholarship program.

Warehousing, Distribution and Supply Chain

To help distribute thousands of products into our stores each day, we offer rewarding careers in all areas of planning, warehousing, inventory control, drivers, forklift operators and leadership.

Insurance, Real Estate and Rural Lending 

With over 80 real estate offices nationally, our rural finance products and insurance solutions enable our valued customers to build their businesses with peace of mind. We offer careers in account management, business development, compliance and administration.

Livestock and Wool

Our livestock sales representatives and agents achieve record sales for their clients. We offer multiple career paths including warehousing and stores, wool trainee, wool presser, wool classer and progressing to skilled wool technical manager and auctioneer.

Water

Water is a precious and critical resource for all farmers. In addition to operating 40 retail outlets, our water business plays a key role in ensuring long term sustainability for farmers with irrigation infrastructure projects.
