2024 Nutrien Classic prepares to show Australia’s best performance horses
Off the back of a record-breaking 2023 Nutrien Classic, the team are saddling up for the 17th year of the Classic.
Celebrating 50 years with Nutrien Ag Solutions, Terry Ryan livestock and station agent has been working at the Nutrien Classic since 2009 and is ingrained in the industry personally competing in campdraft, challenge, cutting and stock horse classes making him a wealth of knowledge.
"I’ve seen a lot of changes come through in the 50 years I’ve been working for Nutrien, particularly around the technology and how we run these events,” Terry said.
“For me, I love the opportunity the Nutrien Classic brings to catch-up with so many of our clients in person and put technology aside, in that aspect,” Terry notes.
Nutrien Ag Solutions Mark Barton said the Nutrien Classic Performance Horse Campdraft and Sale is to be held from February 2 - 11 at Tamworth.
“With 657 ridden horses catalogued, you can be sure that there is something there for anyone looking to buy, as well as some incredible talent to watch in the campdraft and challenge competitions, Mark said.
