2023 Women in Leadership Mentoring Program gets underway
With participants from across all regions and a range of corporate and branch roles, the program offers a unique opportunity to learn from the depth of experiences in the Nutrien network, as well as one-on-one mentoring with a senior business leader.
“The Program is designed to provide a supported platform to encourage and transition women into leadership positions within Nutrien,” says Nutrien Ag Solutions.
“Over the next nine months the participants will work with a mentor to further develop their skills and establish and implement an action plan to achieve their individual goals. They will gain exposure to inspiring leaders from across the industry and participate in group workshops.”
