Strong Communities
Through our investments, we are contributing to the strength and vibrancy and of agricultural communities across Australia.
Run in partnership with the Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal (FRRR), the Nutrien Ag Solutions Community Grants Program offers grants of up to $5,000 for projects that contribute to community wellbeing and vibrancy in remote, rural and regional communities.
Nutrien Ag Solutions Community Grants | Funding Projects | Regional Grants
Nutrien employees can support eligible causes or charities of their choice through our employee giving platform, Grow Our Community. The portal empowers employees to donate money or time to charitable organisations that are close to their heart. Donations made to eligible charities through the platform by employees are matched $1 for $1 by Nutrien up to a total of $5,000 per employee. Grow Our Community also enables employees to log their volunteer hours outside of work time spent in their communities to earn up to $500 reward dollars, donated by Nutrien, that can then be donated to an eligible organisation of their choice.

At Nutrien, we are protecting the physical and mental health and well-being of our farmers and their communities, ensuring everyone get’s home safe, every day
Every minute counts at a traumatic incident, and those minutes are even more precious when medical services are hundreds of kilometres away in rural and regional Australia. In 2022, we launched our partnership with CareFlight to upskill regional communities with life-saving skills in 180 locations across Australia.

We are supporting communities to adapt to a changing climate and empowering growers to produce food and fibre sustainably.
In 2024, our ambition is to launch a national partnership focusing on improving environmental resilience in rural and regional communities and deepening their understanding of how to protect and preserve their local environment.
