  • Sale conducted under Auction Plus User Agreement and in conjunction with the Sale Terms and Conditions of Nutrien Ag Solutions.
  • Nutrien Ag Solutions reserve the right to withdraw items from auction at any point.
  • Pre-registration essential with Auctions Plus. All new registered AuctionsPlus buyers are required to complete Buyer Induction Training prior to bidding.
  • AuctionsPlus recommends that all intending bidders have completed their registration and training 24 hours prior to auction.
  • No Buyers Premium or administration charges.
  • Payment by direct transfer of funds upon invoice and prior to pick up. All payments are to be received within 48 hours of conclusion of auction - EFT/CREDIT card payments are all accepted.
  • All items are at risk of the Purchasers as at close of Auction.
  • Whilst all care has been taken by both the Vendor and the Agent in gathering descriptions, neither the Agent or the Vendor accept any responsibility as to the accuracy of the description or the suitability of the item to the purchasers needs.
